Ingredients:
2 cups elbow macaroni (uncooked)
4-6 hard boiled eggs, chopped
1 cup mayonnaise or miracle whip
2 stalks celery, chopped
1 onion, chopped
3 tablespoons mustard
1/4 cup sugar
2 teaspoons vinegar
3/4 teaspoon ground celery seed
2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
Cook macaroni as directed on package (I boil it for 8 minutes). Drain well and allow to cool. Mix all ingredients.
